Oxfordshire Cross Country League
This league is the league that our Senior and U17 athletes compete in. Additionally, we encourage all U13 and U15 age group juniors to compete in this league as well, to increase opportunities to race.
The fixtures for the 2025-26 season are:
Sunday 2nd November – Cornbury Estate
Sunday 7th December – Moredon Sports Hub
Sunday 4th January – Horspath & Shotover
Sunday 1st February – Cotswold Farm Park
Sunday 1st March – Henley Showground
Races start at 09:55 with U9 boys and girls with the U20/Senior races at 11:20 for Men and 12:00 for Women. Race distances are similar to the Basingstoke League for juniors and between 7km and 9km for Seniors.
The results from this league are used to decide the club senior cross country championships. Juniors competing in the league do not count towards the junior club championships (except if events clash on the same dates).
Please note:
- This league has chip timing and has an entry fee that must be paid by each athlete entering.
- U9 and U11 juniors may compete in this league, but must be fully supported by parents as the club are primarily targeting this league at U13 and above athletes.
If you would like to run in this league, or have any questions then please email Simon Gale at the xc.tk@hotmail.com email address.
