A number of Team Kennet athletes have achieved international honours over the years.
Jessica Harrison – represented Great Britain at junior and senior level and France in World Championships and at the Bejing Olympic Games (2008) where she was 12th and at the London Olympic Games (2012) where she was 9th.
Chris Treacher – represented Great Britian in age group triathlon in 2012 in New Zealand.
Margaret Smith – represented Great Britain in the world biathle championships – Monaco and South Africa 2008 and 2009
Natalie Thomas – represented Great Britain in the world biathle championships – Monaco and South Africa 2008 and 2009
Mark Shepherd – has represented Wales in Ultra Distance Marathons since 2007 and has represented Great Britain in Age Group Dualthlon since 2010 at both European and Word Age Group Championships and also represented Scotland in 2009
Sonja Kabirschke – represented Great Britain in world age group triathlon in Budapest 2010.
Annette Morris – was in the British Endurance Squad and was a member of the British Long Distance Team (Ironman) in the European Championships in Germany in 1995. The ladies team got a team bronze medal and her ironman time was 10hrs 50mins. She went on to to do the Hawaii ironman that year after qualifying at Lanzarote earlier in the year
Kevin Harvey – represented Great Britain in age group triathlon in the 1990s
Bart Kujiten – represented New Zealand in World Age Group triathlon in London in Sept 2013
John Mariott – represented Great Britain in World Age Group triathlon in London in Sept 2013
Luke Angell won his England vest in 2014 taking part in the Javelin as an u20 at Welsh International Championships in Cardiff taking a Bronze medal on the way. Luke made a 2nd international appearance at the Pihtipudas Javelin Carnival in Finland July 2022 representing GBR.
George Anstie represented England in the 2015 CPISRA World Games in Nottingham wining a silver medal.
Nathan Gillis represented Great Britain Juniors at 800m in the 2016 Manchester International.
Sam Hart achieved his England Vest as under 17 athlete competing in the 2017 Home Nations Cross Country and Gaining A Great Britain Vest for Junior Triathlon taking part in the European Championships and taking a bronze medal in the event.
Carolyn Craik earned her Great Britain Debut in the World Age Group Triathlon Championships held in Canada August 2017. Carolyn beat all odds to win the vet 50 age group.
Simon Whatson – represented Great Britain in World Age Group triathlon in Switzerland in 2019
Gavin McLaughlin – represented Great Britain in World Age Group triathlon in Switzerland in 2019
Ben East – Represented Great Britian in 2022 in the Javelin at Columbia in the under 21 age group
Nick Burdett – Represented Great Britain in 2024 and the European Age group Biathle Championships in Madeira
Elodie Burdett – Represented Great Britain in 2024 and the European Age group Biathle Championships in Madeira achieving Bronze Individual event, Gold Team event and Gold in the Mixed relay.
