Team Kennet Athletes braved the travel to Bo Peep Caravan Park, Adderbury for the fourth round of the Oxford Cross Country League, although our club numbers were down by 50%, same was in the league, it was a good chance to secure any end of season trophies.
Toby Clark was the best placed athlete from the club in the under 13 boys showing huge improvement finishing 3rd place and another huge improvement came from team mate Noah Kemp coming home in 4th place, with Kian Darcy-Masters 26th has kept the team in 3rd place overall.
Amber Stiles continued her impressive season in the under 9 girls finishing 3rd place and Anna Hall had a superb run just behind in 4th place and Louise Colby making top10 coming 9th.
The Senior Men turned out a strong team scoring 550 points from there seven finishers, Toby Draper 20th, Phil Murphy making his debut for the club in 31st, Bradley Thomas 52nd, Chris Hall 65th, Bart Kuijten 72nd, Ben Schiffer-Harte 145th, Andy Waters 165th, Mitch Poustie 189th and Simon Gale 199th
Oliver Tozer came 4th in the under 11 boys keeping him in top 3 overall, Elliot Murphy finished 11th, Oliver llyod 12th and Ethan Kuijten 18th while in the under 11 girls Zoe Allen was 5th again till in top 3 overall, Emma Davies 14th, Imogen Newby 17th, Lilia Gale 37th and Caitlyn Davies 46th
Eve Brown was the clubs only under 13 girls finishing 21st and in the under 15 girls race Rebecca Thomson was 11th, Annelise Gale 12th and Emily Tucker 19th and Sue Francis was the clubs only senior women to brave it coming 21st
