Cycle

In general these sessions are on Saturday or Sunday mornings (avoiding Tri and cross country weekends) from Shaw Village Hall. These are free and last 2-4 hours, covering about 35-55 miles without a stop. Typically 9am -12 noon.

The cycling master plan for the upcoming months in 2015:

February and March: Feb 1st, 15th, March 1st, 15th and 29th will continue to be steady rides.
February and March: Feb 8th, 22nd, March 8th and 22nd will be rides that incorporate a set of hill reps (for example 1 hours ride, 1 hours reps, 1 hour ride).

April 5 – Group ride 3 hours, 9am-noon

April 12 – CCAT Brick, 7am-9am

April 19 – Group ride 3 hours, 9am-noon

April 26 – Hills reps

May 3 – Group ride 3 hours, 9am-noon

May 10 – Cotswold Super Sprint

May 17 – CCAT Brick, 7am-9am

May 24 – Concorde (Bradfield / TVT)

May 31 – Group ride for lake swim, 7.30am-11.30am

June 7 – Group ride 3 hours, 9am-noon

June 14 – Cotswold 113 / Wantage Tri

June 21 – CCAT Brick, 7am-9am

June 28 – Group ride for lake swim, 7.30am-11.30am

July 5 – Bournemouth International Triathlon

July 12 – Andover Tri

July 19 – Group ride 3 hours, 9am-noon

July 26 – Group ride for lake swim, 7.30am-11.30am

August 2 – Group ride 3 hours, 9am-noon

August 9 – CCAT Brick, 7am-9am

August 16 – Group ride 3 hours, 9am-noon

August 23 – Group ride for lake swim, 7.30am-11.30am

August 30 – Hill reps
