Monday Training

Middle Distance: 6:15-7:30 at CCAT with Nick Bull/Gavin McLaughlin/Rachel Bladon/Colin Price
Throws: 6:00-7:15 at CCAT with Cheryl Angell/Deborah Montgomery/Luke Angell
Sprints: 6:15-7:20 at CCAT with Glen Davis/Andy Russell/Josh Willoch
Speed Endurance: 5:15-6:15 at CCAT with Simon Scholes/Ian Osler

Monday night sessions are open to seniors and, by invitation only, to junior athletes (ages 11-17) that compete for the club. Contact Head Coach – Nick Bull if you feel you should be part of the group.
