Schools are advised to start Cross-Country training as soon as possible.

School Teams will consist of a squad of a maximum of 12 pupils per race. The 1st 3 (in races 1 and 2) or 1st 4 (in races 3 and 4) will count as the A team, the next 3 or 4 as the B team etc.
