Quadkids Athletics Championships 2012
The 2012 event will be a single Olympic themed festival at Park House School on Saturday 26th May 2012 09:30 to 16:00. No entry to the site before 09:00am.
A maximum of 640 children will be allowed to take part (32 schools). Entrance to the event is tickets only. Each school will be allocated 100 entry tickets which must be shown at the gate for entry, no ticket no entry. Seating available for 500 persons, gazebos allowed but at back of spectators. M & M Medical services will be there to do first aid. Goodie bags for all taking part – includes special medal, certificate, fruit, water and more.
Gates will open at 9am for competitors and spectators.
Schools will have been given a colour coded allocation of tickets and will need to hand tickets into the marshalls for entry. Schools will be allocated a parking zone as follows which is the colour of their tickets.
Gold/Yellow tickets – For VIP’s, volunteers, disability badge holders and marshalls. They will be parking on the school site. They will be allowed to bring their cars into school via main entrance.
Red/Purple tickets – They will park at Falkland School and St Georges Church and walk across and enter the school via main gates by foot only.
Blue/Green tickets - They will park at Newbury RFC Car Park and enter via the Park House School side gate in the car park. Parking will be in the field behind the doctors surgery. Please obey the car park marshalls when parking and follow the signs to the side gate. There will be no admittance until 9am - please queue at gates (we will try to get you in before 9am if possible).
Vehicles will be left at these zones at the owners own risk.
