Team Kennet started their Southern Womens League campaign at Horspath Stadium in Oxford. After gaining promotion last year they and now in Division 1 West the going was a bit tough although there was some outstanding performances on the day.

Wessex League Match 1
Team Kennet carried on from where they were last year with a well deserved second place in a high scoring match with the under 15 girls winning their age group and all the other age groups coming second on the day. Radley Open
Team Kennet athletes went to the Radley open meeting on Sunday 10th April where they took their fair share of medals.
Gold medal winners were Oliver Hewitt U13 boys Discus 14.35, Georgina Bradford u15 girls 1500m in 5.08.2 and Yolanda Nicholson in the U17 200m with a fast 26.6.
