Middle Distance: 6:15-7:30 at CCAT with Nick Bull
Throws: 6:15-7:30 at CCAT with Graham Chambers/Helen Shilton
Sprints: 6:15-7:20 at CCAT with Averil Hewitt/Ian Killner

Monday night sessions are open to seniors and, by invitation only,  to junior athletes (ages 11-17) that compete for the club. Contact Head Coach – Nick Bull if you feel you should be part of the group.
