Middle Distance: 6:15-7:30 at CCAT with Nick Bull
Throws: 6:15-7:30 at CCAT with Graham Chambers/Helen Shilton
Sprints: 6:15-7:20 at CCAT with Averil Hewitt/Ian Killner

Monday night sessions are open to seniors and, by invitation only, to junior athletes (ages 11-17) that compete for the club. Contact Head Coach – Nick Bull if you feel you should be part of the group.

Chloe Jones is the Lakeside Athlete of the month for May. At the first Wessex League match, Chloe won all 3 throws events - Discus, Javelin and Shot for The under 13 girls team.
