Stuart Bladon took part in the UK Pentathlon Championships on Sunday held at Sheffield. Taking part in the u15 boys as SEAA Silver medallist he started off with a solid performance in the 60m hurdles with 10.09 which put him in 9th place. The next event was the Long Jump where he recorded a personal best leap of 4.65m but this pushed him down to 10th place. Next up was the High Jump, clearing 1.62 which was the third best of the day he moved up to 8th place but not too far of 5th place. The Shot was next and another personal best throw of 8.23m moved him down to 9th place. He ended up in the 2nd heat of the 800m which he went on to win in another personal best of 2.16.09 giving him a club record score of 2208 finishing in 7th place overall.
