IAAF Antrim International Cross Country

Sam HartTeam Kennet’s Sam Hart produced his best run ever in the IAAF Antrim International Cross Country Races in Ireland over the weekend, part of the British Athletic Cross Country Challenge he stepped up his race tactics to secure a convincing win by 8 seconds in the under 15 boys race. He now leads the under 15 age group overall with just two races left – Cardiff on January 24th and the Birmingham event on 12th March where double points are earned. All he needs to do is get into the points in both races to secure a top 3 finish overall.

Elsewhere, Georgina Bradford’s 4th place in the heats of the SEAA Indoor U20 Championships 800m saw her just miss out on a place in the final posting a time of 2:33.86
