SEAA Road Relays

Team Kennet entered several teams in the younger age groups of the SEAA Road Relays held at Aldershot over the weekend.

The under 15 boys produced the clubs best performance of the day, with Sam Hart leading the first leg for the Club came home in 9.33 in 4th place, he handed over to James McLaughlin having a great run in 10.19 coming home in 4th place still within a shout of medals, Stuart Bladon was next known as a 800m runner he also ran well with a atime of 10.40 for his 2997m leg handing over in 8th place, Ryan Cannons anther 800m runner clocked 11.27 to bring them home in 14th place.

The under 13 girls saw the club field 3 teams, Lucy Wells led the A team home in 12th place with a time of 11.43, Anna Pettit coming back from injury ran solid with 11.59 brought the team in 9th handing over to Lucy Draper clocking 12.48 for the team to finish in 18th place.

the B team of Georgina Thomson 13.16, Izzy Brown 14.43 and Rebecca Thomson 14.40 came 51st and C team Pippa Thomas 13.37, Poppy Bladon 15.54 and daisy Tolhurst 14.07 came 54th

The under 13 boys team came 36th Thomas joyce ran the first leg in 12.28 and superb run from Toby Thomas 12.02 moved the boys to 30th a injured Alex McLaughlin 13.38 brought them home in 36th place
