Sportshall League Round 1

An increase in the minimum team size and a large number of other commitments meant that we could only enter an Under 13 Girls and an Under 15 Girls team for round 1 of the Berkshire Sporthall League.

Quadkids Rankings

Congratulations to Jamie Killner and Carys Cox who both achieved a top 10 place in the overall Wessex League Quadkids rankings for 2009.
Jamie came 7th in the overall boys ranking while Carys was 8th in the girls rankings.  Carys was also ranked 8th in girls 600m and and 6th in the Vortex throw while Jamie was [...]

ADP HIGHCLERE 10K SUNDAY 27th SEPTEMBER
 We had near perfect conditions for the recent ADP Highclere 10K on Sunday September 27th.
It was an interesting and varied course ( though quite undulating) around the beautiful grounds of Highclere Castle; some of the race was on roads and tracks and some was cross country.

Littledown Triathlon and the TK Series Roundup

Only three TK triathletes took to the road for the last triathlon of our
series in Littledown.
Aston Nichols lead the Team Kennet triathletes from start to finish,
posting our fastest swim, bike and runs of the day to finish in 13th

Iain Adams wins Mortimer 10K

Littledown Triathlon

Sunday saw the last race in the TK Triathlon series, taking place near Bournemouth. Team Kennet were represented by 3 entrants, all competing in different age categories. Vale Tridents Junior Triathlon

James McLaughlin did his first triathlon on September 5th at the Vale Tridents Junior Triathlon, at Farringdon. He was completing in his first event for Team Kennet in the Tri-Star Start Category, 50m swim, 1km cycle and 500m run. Felt Malmesbury Triathlon
